The Holy Spirit Wrote the Bible

The Holy Spirit Wrote the Bible
"For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." (2nd Peter 1:21)

Why Catholics are Wrong

Debunking Catholicism and Catechism with the Holy Bible (2 Timothy 3:16; 4:2), and plain common sense.

*NOTE* I challenge any Catholic to try to refute the truth of the word of God (that means you OCCatholic).

Catechism #2358: "The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. They do not choose their homosexual condition; for most of them it is a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God's will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord's Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition."

'Homosexuals do not choose their homosexual condition.'

I guess pedophiles, and rapists don't choose their 'condition' either? The Bible commands Christians to hate evil (Psalm 97:10), informs us that homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Cor. 6:9-10), tells us not to bid the evildoers Godspeed, nor receive them into our house, lest we are partakers in their evil deeds (2 John 1:9-11).

Catholics are violating Jude 1:4, since they support lewdness instead of the grace of God. There is no such thing as a Christian homosexual ("if they are Christians"). 1 Corinthians 6:11 says, "and such were some of you", not "such are some of you" (see 1 Corinthians 6:9-11). Jesus told us that wide is the gate which leads unto destruction, and he tells us that only few will find life in heaven (Matthew 7:13-14).

Catholics are bound to believe and trust all that the Catholic Church teaches:

You know what? All I'm going to do is post this link. Catholics use 1 Timothy 3:15 as their defense that the R.C.C. is the one and true church, but Catholics pervert the Scriptures like you wouldn't believe. Wake up people!

Mary was a sinner who did not remain a virgin because Jesus had half-brothers:

Mary was a sinner and the Scriptures prove it (Psalm 51:5, Luke 1:30; 1:46-47; 2:21-24, Romans 3:10; 3:23; 5:12; 6:23, Hebrews 9:27, James 2:10). Jesus had brethren (Matthew 12:47, Mark 3:32, Luke 8:20, John 2:12, Acts 1:14, Galatians 1:19).

Once again, I dare any Roman Catholic to try to refute these truths.

Catholics try to work their way to heaven:

No Catholic goes to heaven. Salvation is a free gift (Romans 5:15-16; 5:18), and we are justified by our faith (Mark 1:15, John 8:24, Acts 20:21, Romans 3:28-30; 4:1-5; 5:1; 9:30; 10:4; 11:6, Galatians 2:16; 2:21; 3:5-6; 3:24, Ephesians 2:8-9, Philippians 3:9). A real Christian will have faith, and produce good works (James 2:14-26). Demons believe that Jesus is the one and true God; they tremble in His presence (Matthew 8:28-29, James 2:19), but they have no works! Quit perverting the word of the LORD heretics!

You cannot bribe your way into heaven because our good deeds are like filthy rags unto the LORD Jehovah (Isaiah 64:6). It is only through our faith in Him, that we are saved (Romans 10:9); without Jesus Christ, we would all be damned! The law came by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour (John 1:14; 1:17, Colossians 1:6,  2 John 1:3).

Mary is not the 'Mother of God':

That's right heretics; she is not the 'Mother of God', but the mother of the Lord Jesus Christ. Get it right; two different things (read Luke 1 for details).

Catechism #2683: In the Catechism of the Catholic Church, speaking in the context of the saints it says, "We can and should ask them to intercede for us and for the whole world" (p. 645). Catholic Answers writes, "Our prayer to the saints in heaven, asking for their prayers for us, and their intermission with the Father do not undermine Christ's role as sole Mediator" (1 Timothy 2:5). (Pillar of Fire, Pillar of Truth, p. 21)

Roman Catholics are so good at twisting the truth. The sad part is that some of them are sincere! In reality though, they are speaking lies in hypocrisy (1 Timothy 4:2). When you pray to the saints, it does undermine 'Jesus Christ our Lord as the only Mediator' (1 Timothy 2:5).

When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you want no other (Ephesians 1:3, Colossians 2:8-10,  2 Peter 1:3). Now I am not saying that you cannot pray for one another (1 Timothy 2:1); what I am saying is that for those that come to God through Him, He can save them, and make intercession for them (Hebrews 7:25, Romans 8:34).

Catholics are not born again Christians:

Being born again is exactly that, born again! You are born once in the flesh, and God commands you to be born again in the Spirit (John 3:3-7). No Catholic is born again because they are trying to use works and faith to get into heaven. It is only by faith alone that you are saved; you cannot justify yourself before God Almighty because everyone has fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Jesus was submerged in water when he was baptized, but what about Catholics? Listen guys, I was born and raised in a Catholic family, and I'll be the first to tell you that you'll never see this!

The Rosary is blasphemy:

Doing the rosary is blasphemy; read all about it here, and here.

Catholics preach a false gospel, and are accursed:

Catholics are heretics, accursed, reprobates, liars, and wicked (Proverbs 17:15, Romans 1:28-32,  2 Corinthians 13:5, Titus 1:16; 3:10-11, Galatians 1:8-9,  2 Timothy 3:8,  1 John 2:4).

Catechism #1129: In the Catechism of the Catholic Church on page 292, the following is written:

The Church affirms that for all believers the sacraments of the New Covenant are necessary for salvation.

There are seven sacraments in the Church: Baptism, Confirmation or Chrismation, Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony (CCC, p. 289, #1113; see also p. 311, #1210).

"This is the tradition of men (Matthew 15:8-9, Colossians 2:8-10), and not the doctrine of Christ (2 John 1:9). Scripture nowhere teaches that any of these sacraments are necessary for salvation. What is necessary for salvation is faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (the Word, John 1:1, Revelation 19:13). As John 3:36 says, He who believeth in the Son hath everlasting life; and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him" (take a look here).

Biblical baptism saves us (1 Peter 3:21), and to clarify, Jesus is the living water (Jeremiah 17:13, John 4:10, 14; 7:38, Revelation 7:17).

Pro-Life is the Choice to Make People!

Ray Comfort came up with a great idea on making a video about why abortion is wrong. The Bible says that if you hate your brother, you're a murderer (1 John 3:15). Jesus said, "Thou shalt not murder" (Matthew 19:18). I am encouraging everyone to watch this movie, it's good stuff! Who knows, maybe you'll realize that abortionists are murderers.
